FOR SUBMISSIONS TO Tirana ENHR2017 Conference PARTICIPANTS ARE INVITED TO;
1. download 'SUBMISSION FORM',
2. fill in the form, in PDF, and save file.
3. and sent by mail to
SUBMISSION WILL BE VALID ONLY IF 'SUBMISSION FORM' WILL BE FILLED IN ON THE MANDATORY FIELD SUCH IS, NAME/SURNAME AND REGISTRATION NUMBER.
Inside 'SUBMISSION FORM' file participants would find:

THERE WILL BE APPLIED REIMBURSEMENT POLICY:
Reimbursement will be applied to according to the following policy:
1. Before end of early registration – 100% refund.
2. After end of early registration but before 1 month from the conference – 50% refund
3. Less than 1 month from the conference – no refund
VISA AND OTHER FORMS:
All the foreigners who have a valid multi – entry Schengen visa, type “C” or “D”, or a valid residence permit in one of the Schengen member states, can enter, stay and transit Albania without visa, within the validity term of the visa or the residence permit.
The other visitors, please check the page of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Albania ( http://www.mfa.gov.al/ ) for the required documents and embassies where you can apply for an Albanian visa.

Participants as ENHR Members and Non Members are invited to participate with full rights and services to the Conference., including Welcome Package, Transport, Reception and Conference Dinner.
ACCOMPANYING
If you don't wish to discover Tirana alone, bring someone who can participate on the Conference as Accompanying Person. The Accompanying Person will have access to lunch across the conference, the Reception Dinner, the Conference Dinner and a field-trip.
The only areas not accessible are the conference rooms.
